Terms of Service

1. Service Description

QuantumSafe is a SaaS platform providing blockchain quantum vulnerability analysis and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) tools. This includes a multi-chain wallet scanner, PQC key management API, hybrid attestation service, and developer SDKs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to use QuantumSafe only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, especially Secret Keys (qs_sec_*)
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Free Services (Scanner)

The quantum vulnerability scanner is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free services at any time without notice. Scan results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, security, or financial advice. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of scan results.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Plans: Free ($0) / Builder ($99/month) / Pro ($499/month) / Enterprise (custom)

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

6. API Usage Limits

Rate limits are enforced per subscription tier. Abuse of the API (including circumventing rate limits, automated scraping beyond plan limits, or using the service to build competing products) may result in service restriction or termination. Reverse engineering of our API or services is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

The QuantumSafe brand, user interface, API design, and documentation are proprietary. Our SDKs (TypeScript and Python) are released under the MIT License as open source software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While QuantumSafe uses NIST-standardized algorithms (ML-DSA per FIPS 204, SLH-DSA per FIPS 205), we make no guarantees regarding:

• Absolute protection against quantum computing threats
• The timeline of quantum computing advancement
• Complete accuracy of vulnerability scan scores
• Prevention of asset loss

Scan scores are reference indicators based on on-chain data analysis. They may not fully reflect the actual security posture of a wallet.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuantumSafe be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify or update the service with 30 days prior notice. In case of urgent security issues, changes may be made immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
