1. 30-Day Full Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with QuantumSafe for any reason, simply request a refund within this period and we will process it promptly.

  • The 30-day period starts from the date of your first payment
  • Applies to first-time subscriptions only
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days

2. Cancellation Procedure

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Dashboard: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@qsafe.dev
  • Phone: Call +82-62-972-0116 during business hours (KST 09:00–18:00, Mon–Fri)

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade.

3. Renewal Refunds

For subscription renewals (after the initial 30-day period), we do not provide prorated refunds. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Enterprise custom contracts (governed by separate agreement terms)
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day refund window
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: When upgrading your plan, the price difference is prorated for the remaining billing period.

Downgrades: When downgrading, the new lower rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the current period.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
